Job Responsibilities
Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction.
Delivering expert technical consultative services and collecting and analyzing feedback from customers and prospects.
Generating detailed specification documents for Architects, Façade Consultants, and Contractors.
Sharing insights with internal teams to refine and optimize sales strategies.
Proactively seeking new sales through cold calling, networking, and leveraging social media platforms.
Job Requirements
Min GCE “A” Level, Diploma in Business, Sales & Marketing, or other relevant professional qualifications.
2-3 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive.
Prior experience in the building industry is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
