STRIKE TALENTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated individual to represent brands through face-to-face interactions, presenting products, and supporting marketing campaigns with hands-on coaching. This role emphasizes clear communication and customer engagement across events.

You will participate in roadshows and campaigns, learn on the job through training and coaching, and have opportunities for career development while earning weekly pay and incentives.

Qualifications

• Proactive communication skills and willingness to learn in a full-time role.
• Comfortable engaging customers face-to-face and working towards sales targets.
• Sales experience is advantageous but not essential due to provided training.

Responsibilities

• Represent established brands by engaging customers directly to build brand awareness and trust
• Introduce products and services clearly and respond accurately to customer enquiries to support informed purchasing decisions
• Participate actively in events, roadshows, residential campaigns, and other marketing activities to promote client brands
• Achieve individual and team campaign objectives by meeting sales targets and contributing to overall campaign success
• Attend training sessions and coaching to enhance product knowledge and improve sales and communication skills
