Job description

Location: Yishun
Working days & time: Monday to Thursday (8am to 6pm) and Friday (8am to 5pm)
Salary: $3,000
to $4,500

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client accounts and oversee service delivery to meet contract requirements.
  • Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on product fit and customer history.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve service issues using standard operating procedures.
  • Analyze market trends and customer data to support sales planning and forecasting.
  • Generate weekly and monthly sales reports; maintain detailed and accurate records of client activity.
  • Leverage CRM systems to identify sales strategies and products based on customer past purchases
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and ensuring timely collection.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'O' level certificate
  • 1+ years in sales or key account management (B2B preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Class 3/3A Singapore license is required
