Job Responsibilities:
Drive end-to-end business development, from lead generation to deal closure
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships
Grow existing and new accounts through cross-selling and upselling
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
Negotiate and close deals with mutually beneficial terms
Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and conferences
Job Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, enterprise sales, or business development
Strong prospecting, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Self-motivated with a goal-driven mindset
Ability to communicate and present effectively to stakeholders at all levels
