Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end business development, from lead generation to deal closure

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships

  • Grow existing and new accounts through cross-selling and upselling

  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth

  • Negotiate and close deals with mutually beneficial terms

  • Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and conferences

Job Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, enterprise sales, or business development

  • Strong prospecting, negotiation, and relationship management skills

  • Self-motivated with a goal-driven mindset
