We specialize in training aspiring pilots and cabin crew, equipping them with the skills and knowledge required for a successful career in aviation.We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in student outreach, lead generation, and promoting our aviation training programs.Key Responsibilities: Engage with prospective students, providing detailed guidance on our training programs. Generate leads through various online and offline channels. Build and maintain relationships with colleges, students, and industry professionals. Conduct counseling sessions to help students make informed career decisions. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns. Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.Requirements: Bachelors degree in any field. Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. Interest in sales and marketing (experience in education or aviation-related sales is a plus). Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
