Our client, a well-known company, is looking for candidates for the position of Sales Specialist.
JOB SUMMARY
This is a sales role in a dynamic, fast-paced, and sales-driven business unit. We seek a passionate and motivated candidate eager to face challenges and explore opportunities to engage with global customers (not limited to Asia Pacific). The role requires a disciplined, hungry, numbers-focused, and customer-facing salesperson who can drive revenue by hunting for new accessory business projects to support our distributors' vehicle sales. We need an energetic individual who can work well independently and as part of a team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with internal business units such as Country Area Operations, Demand Supply Operations, Product Planning, Engineering, and our Clients (Car Distributors).
- Proactively provide accessory solutions to drive vehicle sales through Model Life Management.
- Identify and establish relationships with key account members.
- Own sales responsibilities (Pre-Sales, Sales, After-Sales) to achieve revenue targets.
- Generate leads by maintaining regular contact with customers and serve as the central sales contact point.
- Prepare and implement sales plans and schedules to support vehicle sales launches.
- Create sales presentations to promote new products/solutions based on market and vehicle trends in each country.
- Develop weekly/monthly revenue forecasts and end-of-month sales reports.
- Submit quotations based on customer requests.
- Resolve customer complaints through problem-solving and develop solutions and recommendations.
- Participate in organizing sales and marketing workshops to promote new products in the vehicle model lifecycle.
- Contribute to team performance by completing tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or Business disciplines.
- Self-motivated, socially skilled, problem-solver, multitasker, and adaptable to the environment.
- Passion for cars and accessories; this is a sales-driven role providing comprehensive solutions to customers.
- Result-oriented with skills in Business Negotiation, Problem Solving, Sales, and Marketing.
- Ability to think independently and respond flexibly to different business situations.
- Customer-oriented, meticulous, a team player, and cheerful personality.
- Independent, self-motivated, and capable of multitasking to meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude, ambitious for career progression, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint; strong communication, coordination, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Willing to travel overseas on short notice as required.
