A leading trading company in Singapore is seeking a professional for key account management. The role involves achieving sales performance, maintaining relationships with key accounts, and managing promotional activities. Responsible for achieving key account sales performance in alignment with the agreed annual sales budget and targets.
Accountable for developing and maintaining effective working relationships with key accounts at the HQ level.
Collaborate with key account buyers to receive updates, facilitate promotional activations, and conduct periodic reviews.
Strategically plan, implement, and evaluate promotions to optimize cost efficiency, sales growth, and volume effectiveness.
Manage promotional spending to ensure it remains within the allocated budget.
Inform the Customer Service and Accounts Departments about confirmed promotions to ensure proper invoicing and claims alignment with the respective channel buyers.
Supervise and support the Sales Executive in driving the operational effectiveness of the sales team.
Ensure the Sales Executive communicates updates on promotional activations and display guidelines to the sales team during monthly internal sales meetings.
Conduct monthly meetings with the sales team to share updates on upcoming promotional plans and other relevant matters.
