Job description
Key Account Management
  • Responsible for achieving key account sales performance in alignment with the agreed annual sales budget and targets.

  • Accountable for developing and maintaining effective working relationships with key accounts at the HQ level.

  • Collaborate with key account buyers to receive updates, facilitate promotional activations, and conduct periodic reviews.

  • Strategically plan, implement, and evaluate promotions to optimize cost efficiency, sales growth, and volume effectiveness.

  • Manage promotional spending to ensure it remains within the allocated budget.

  • Inform the Customer Service and Accounts Departments about confirmed promotions to ensure proper invoicing and claims alignment with the respective channel buyers.

Sales Operations Management
  • Supervise and support the Sales Executive in driving the operational effectiveness of the sales team.

  • Ensure the Sales Executive communicates updates on promotional activations and display guidelines to the sales team during monthly internal sales meetings.

  • Conduct monthly meetings with the sales team to share updates on upcoming promotional plans and other relevant matters.
