Job Description

Your role as a Commercial Kitchen Equipment Sales Admin Executive / Assistant is to work together and assist with our formidable sales team in their sales operation. You will become the coordinator of sales operation.

Responsibilities

  • Handling of sales enquires, that includes sourcing, analyzing of costs and sales, prepare a quotation, follow up on sales inquiries
  • Coordinate ordering of goods, tracking sales orders, the shipment of goods from the supplier and communicate with customers to ensure the delivery of goods.
  • Assist management with ad-hoc duties and coordinate all sales & supporting the sales team to ensure that they have the support and resources needed to ace in the competitive market.
  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Resolving any sales related issues with minimum customer complaints.
  • Following up with ongoing deals attentively from supplier side to customer side with a focus on details
  • Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input, data measurement, processing information, completing paperwork and filing documents.
  • Assist the accounting department for payment collection.

Requirements

  • Prior work Experiences in sales & administrative work (Min 1-3 years of relevant experience) related to Food Processing Equipment. Priority related Commercial Kitchen Equipment, or Project Management.
  • Possess an elevated level of self-initiative to get things done efficiently and logically using proper data management to handle & organize a huge amount of useful information.
  • Must possess effective communication and negotiating skills in Mandarin, both written and oral to communicate with overseas suppliers in the Greater China region.
  • Sales and customer-oriented
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and all administrative work independently.
  • Good team player with effective communication, listening and organizational skills.
  • Available immediately would be highly advantageous.
  • 5 Working days 9.00am-6:00pm + 1 day Saturday on duty Monthly.9.00am-6.00pm
