Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new customers within the industry vertical and target customers
  • Prepare a target of key accounts and effectively establish Air products/ services on focused trade lanes.
  • Weekly sales calls, follow up on all air sales leads.
  • Submit weekly and monthly reports to FF Sales leader.
  • Timely response to the Tenders/RFQs
  • Organize and participate in regular reviews with the accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and business retention
  • Ensure Personal sales targets and KPI are met
  • Provide rate quotes to customers and potential customers

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Sales / Business Development Experience in Freight Forwarding (Air, Ocean), Logistics or Shipping Industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent in Sales and marketing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
