Sales Executive (Account Servicing)
Job description
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as their primary point of contact.
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and resolve any client issues.
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns to enhance retention.
- Prepare and deliver regular account updates and reports to clients.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of our client company.
- Plan and prepare sales strategic proposals to achieve sales targets.
- Source venues for sales deployment, activities, and events.
Job Requirements:
- Possess O levels or ITE Diploma qualifications with a minimum of 1 year sales experience.
- Able to work independently, which would be an added advantage.
- Able to commit to work during weekends.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to multi-task.
- Preferred to have IT or Telecom knowledge and experience.
