Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as their primary point of contact.
  2. Develop a deep understanding of client needs and propose tailored solutions.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and resolve any client issues.
  4. Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns to enhance retention.
  5. Prepare and deliver regular account updates and reports to clients.
  6. Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of our client company.
  7. Plan and prepare sales strategic proposals to achieve sales targets.
  8. Source venues for sales deployment, activities, and events.

Job Requirements:

  1. Possess O levels or ITE Diploma qualifications with a minimum of 1 year sales experience.
  2. Able to work independently, which would be an added advantage.
  3. Able to commit to work during weekends.
  4. Good communication skills.
  5. Able to multi-task.
  6. Preferred to have IT or Telecom knowledge and experience.
