Job Description

  • Industry/ Organization Type: Heavy Machinery Equipment
  • Position Title: Sales Executive (Trading & Logistics Products/FMCG)
  • Working Location: Tuas (Transportation Provided from North, North-East, West Area MRT)
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Monday - Friday, 8.15am - 5.15pm)
  • Salary Package: Up to $4,000 + AWS + Meal Allowance + Company Transportation/Transportation Allowance + Commission
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with potential and existing customers to explore sales opportunities for Trading & Logistics products.
  • Conduct site visits to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Prepare detailed quotations and present products and applications effectively.
  • Develop new business opportunities and explore new markets and product applications.
  • Regularly update sales activities and quotation progress using the CRM system.
  • Conduct monthly sales reviews and report on performance metrics.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay competitive.
  • Execute marketing initiatives, including trade shows, advertisements, direct mailings, and sales seminars, to boost brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with subsidiary sales teams to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Ensure subsidiaries maintain robust sales management systems.
  • Provide training for subsidiary sales teams to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Conduct joint visits to subsidiaries to strategize business development.
  • Assist in market surveys to identify new business opportunities and product potentials.
  • Support the Sub Business Unit (SBU) Manager in evaluating new products.

Minimum Requirements

  • Min. 'A' Levels
  • Min. 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the FMCG sector
  • Technical background is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel (20-30% of the time)
  • Inexperienced candidates are welcome to apply as training would be provided
