Job description

  • No Experience in sales will still be considered, big team to support one another

  • Basic salaryrange of $2,800 to $3,200 and will be commensurated based on experience and skillset

  • Commissions payable according to sales closures, with top performers earning up to 5-digits monthly on a consistent basis

Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage working professionals through face-to-face and virtual channels to introduce relevant training opportunities.

  • Recommend training solutions tailored to individual career goals and industry demands.

  • Drive outreach through social media, networking, corporate events, roadshows, and class visits.

  • Identify and generate leads, following up with potential customers to close sales and achieve personal targets.

  • Build long-term relationships with clients, employers, and industry stakeholders to expand the outreach network.

  • Conduct telesales, schedule virtual consultations, and manage customer inquiries to ensure seamless enrolment experiences.

Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification.

  • 1-2 years of experience in direct sales, telesales, business development, recruitment, or customer service.

  • Confident communicator with strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

  • Goal-oriented mindset, proactive in identifying and converting sales opportunities.
