Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client accounts and projects, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a high level of responsibility, and the ability to perform under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
  • Manage and maintain good relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Oversee and coordinate assigned projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deliverables are met on time.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering and operations to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain proper sales documentation and reporting.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant sales or project management experience, preferably in technology or agriculture-related sectors.
  • Proficient in Japanese (spoken and written) to liaise with Japanese-speaking clients and partners.
  • Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • High sense of responsibility and commitment to delivering results.
  • Willingness to travel locally and regionally when required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Agriculture, or related field.
  • Experience in B2B or technical sales.
