Our client is a Japanese-listed manufacturing company specializing in electronic components. The Sales Executive/Assistant Manager will be responsible for driving business expansion and developing new opportunities.

This role reports to the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in the Sales department.

【 Responsibilities 】

1. Manage existing customers, develop new customers, and identify prospective customers (currently mainly in Singapore).
2. Manage sales KPI and achieve own sales target.
3. Negotiate with clients on quality, delivery, cost, and contracts.
4. Respond to consumer inquiries via email and phone conversations.
5. Develop business by gaining new contracts, analyzing logistical problems, and producing new solutions.
6. Liaise with Global Sales Affiliates on customer information and marketing activities.

【 Requirements & Preferences 】
(Must)

• Minimum Diploma in any field (e.g., Sales & Marketing, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, etc.).
• 2 to 5 years of relevant sales experience in the electronic components industry.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (spoken and written) is essential for effective communication with internal and external partners.
• Willingness to travel overseas for business trips.

• Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage.
