Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing thoughtful memorial solutions. You will be responsible for managing sales inquiries, building relationships with customers, and ensuring a seamless and professional service experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Engagement: Interact with clients with sensitivity and professionalism, guiding them through our range of memorial products.
• Sales & Business Development: Identify and develop new sales opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our memorial plaques, cremation urns, and keepsakes to provide accurate information to customers.
• Consultation & Support: Offer personalized recommendations based on customers’ preferences and requirements.
• Sales Administration: Prepare quotations, process orders, and coordinate with production and admin teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Marketing Support: Collaborate with marketing teams to promote products and services through various channels.

Job Requirements:
• Must Possess a Class 3 Driving license
• Education: Minimum Diploma
• Skills & Competencies:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with an empathetic and professional approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and CRM software.
• Language: Proficiency in English & Mandarin; additional dialect languages are a plus.
• Other Requirements:
• Must be comfortable handling memorial and funeral-related products.
• Is a 5.5 workday. Able to work during some Sundays & Public Holidays (based on rotating duty), if required.
