Job summary

A leading company in engineering solutions is seeking a Sales Executive to drive revenue growth across key sectors including marine and petrochemical. Job description

Our client, a Singapore-based engineering firm founded in 1993, provides specialized solutions for the marine, offshore, petrochemical, and construction sectors, with a strong emphasis on quality and certified standards.

Job Scope:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow market share.
  • Identify, approach, and secure new clients across key industrial sectors such as marine, offshore, petrochemical, and construction.
  • Develop and maintain long term business relationships with both clients by providing consistent sales service, rapport building and explore additional business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, production, logistics) closely to ensure smooth delivery of customer orders.
  • Attend site visits, customer meetings, and industry events to build relationships and gather market intelligence.
  • Provide weekly sales reports and market feedback to the management team.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Min 2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in metal fabrication or engineering services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients across technical and commercial levels.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

Working Location: Pioneer

Working Hours: 5.5 work week Mon - Fri 9am-6pm, Saturday 9am-1pm

Salary: Up to $5,000
