Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Clinical Sales Executive who has in-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process, relationship building, and closing deals. We are seeking a quick learner with a track record of success in relevant field of oncology or healthcare services.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Work closely with key healthcare institute, selling channels and physician accounts to drive sales and meeting sales budget.
  • Closing sales process and acting as point person to string functional groups (orderings, manufacturing, logistics, finance, support) together to ensure optimal customer experience.
  • Prospect new accounts and prepare information for all sales calls to secure new customers.
  • Support marketing campaigns with alignment with functional groups, marcom teams and business partners.
  • Assist Business Development team and product Marketing teams in anchoring key clinicians as advocator for marketing activities and early access. Expand the user base of MiRXES solution.
  • Supports sales and marketing aligned initiatives such as early access programs and campaigns.
  • Any other tasks as assigned.

Desired Skills and Competencies

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or Biomedical (Molecular Biology, Biochemistry or similar discipline). Technical understanding of next generation sequencing is preferred.
  • More than 2 years of proven hands-on experience in customer facing sales in the health screening or oncology businesses. Knowledge of the clinical testing market is a plus.
  • Experience in Health Screening services or oncology is strongly preferred.
  • Network in Respiratory and/or Gastro medicine clinicians are added advantage.
  • Highly motivated and adaptable to ever-changing client needs and expectations.
  • Able to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with varied personalities, including different levels within and outside of the organization.
  • Highly Independent individual that take initiatives to drive sales revenue.

This position is based in Thailand. For this role, Mirxes will not provide sponsorship to work in Thailand.
