Qualifications

SC2 Pte Ltd is a subsidiary of the Singapore Contractors Association Ltd (SCAL), the voice of Singapore’s Construction Industry since 1937.

Founded in 1993, SC2 Pte Ltd was established with the objective to safeguard people, property, and the environment by providing professional safety audits on Occupational Safety and Health (OSH).

Roles & Responsibilities

Reporting to the General Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for the following:

  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  2. Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue potential and expand revenue streams
  3. Proactively prospect, engage, and establish relationships with new customers
  4. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to foster long-term business partnerships
  5. Continuously monitor, analyze, and report competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
  6. Provide regular sales performance updates, maintaining accurate sales reports for management review
  7. Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales deals to achieve targets
  8. Ensure prompt and accurate order processing and invoicing, with timely collection of payments
Requirements
  • Prior sales experience required, preferably in the construction or related industries
  • Proven track record in sales and business development
  • Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 standards is an advantage
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive in sales prospecting
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Positive attitude, fast learner, and adaptability to a dynamic work environment
