Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Understand market and customer needs that align with the company’s product values.
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, and promptly develop comprehensive customer profiles.
  • Develop and execute sales plans based on annual targets, achieve sales goals, promptly follow up on payments, and ensure timely cash flow.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential market share and monitor competitors closely.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with various departments to ensure smooth processing of sales orders, including pre-sales, sales, after-sales service, and handling customer complaints.
  • Manage sales orders, quotations, follow up on quotations, and handle back-office administrative tasks.
  • Maintain communication with customers and end-users, providing updated information and necessary documentation as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Background in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Results-driven with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
