Job description

Job Description:

l Customer Communication and Visits

Arrange meetings with regional customers and regular site visits to understand their needs and promote relevant products as required.

l Sales Support and Customer Service

Provide quotes and assist with order processing including preparing sales orders, purchase orders, invoices and debit/credit notes.

l Manage Account Receivables

Work closely with the finance team to maintain daily transaction records and track outstanding receivables.

l Track Market Dynamics

Collect market information from customers, suppliers and other sources, mainly on commodity price movements for internal analysis and planning.

l Drive Business Relationships

Build trust and rapport with key customers by providing product recommendations and coordinating promotions, maintaining close communication, and ensuring a positive brand experience.

Requirements:

l Diploma / Degree qualification.

l Any sales experience is welcome.

l Extrovert with good communication skills and enjoy working across different cultures.

l Fluent in English and Mandarin (to communicate with our team in China).

l Knowledge in Bahasa Indonesia/Melayu will be an added advantage.
