Job description

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving the company's sales performance, developing and maintaining client relationships, and assisting in the formulation and implementation of sales strategies. You should possess excellent communication and sales skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Client Development: Actively seek and contact potential clients through phone calls, emails, and social media platforms to generate new business leads.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing excellent service.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, understand customer preferences, and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Negotiations: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable sales deals.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to the Sales Manager.
  • Manage enquires and feedback of our customers through email, website live chat service, telephone calls, WS, SMS, Facebook and other channels.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of moving services, meeting client expectations and deadlines.
  • Support other operation initiatives such as payment follow ups with clients.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the logistics or moving industry.
  • Strong understanding of logistics and moving processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Well spoken and written English, must be able to speak Mandarin to manage enquires and feedback of our Mandarin speaking customers and associates.
  • Respond to sales enquiries after office hours, high commission based.
