Job description

job scope:

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and target potential customers in industries like construction, warehousing, maintenance, and logistics.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Generate leads through cold calls, site visits, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.

2. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Provide product demonstrations and technical consultations.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and after-sales support.

3. Product Knowledge & Consultation

  • Understand the specifications, features, and benefits of boom lifts, scissor lifts, and related equipment.
  • Advise customers on the best equipment for their operational needs.
  • Stay updated on industry innovations and competitor products.

4. Sales Operations & Negotiation

  • Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and sales agreements.
  • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and payment conditions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, service) to ensure smooth delivery and after-sales service.

5. Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and revenue forecasts.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

6. Trade Shows & Marketing Support

  • Represent the company at trade fairs, industry exhibitions, and networking events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and digital marketing efforts.

7. After-Sales Support

  • Assist customers with maintenance schedules, spare parts, and troubleshooting.
  • Work closely with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Technical knowledge of aerial work platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Experience in B2B sales, especially in construction or heavy equipment.
