Summary:

We're offering a chance to build your sales career brick by brick. As a Sales Executive, you’ll tackle regional lead generation and customer contact, learning the fundamentals and setting yourself up to manage large-scale deals down the line. Laying the groundwork to eventually handle major deals within the assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:

    • Conduct market research and identify potential clients within target industries.

    • Utilize various lead generation techniques, such as cold calling, email marketing, and social media outreach.

    • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads.

  • Sales & Account Management:

    • Schedule and conduct product demonstrations and presentations.

    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations.

    • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

    • Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns promptly.

    • Able to travel for business trips

  • Sales Reporting & Analysis:

    • Track and monitor sales performance against targets.

    • Prepare regular sales reports and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).

    • Identify areas for improvement in sales processes and strategies.

  • Administrative Support:

    • Assist with the preparation of sales materials and presentations.

    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

    • Participate in team meetings and sales training sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

  • We seek Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to serve Mandarin-speaking clients.

  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

  • Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • CRM software experience
