ROLE OVERVIEW

The Sales Executive supports the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and executing effective marketing strategies that promote Securevision’s range of security solutions across Singapore’s residential, commercial and industrial markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Sales Administration & Documentation

  • Prepare and process sales quotations, invoices, delivery orders and related documents.

  • Assist in compiling and submitting tender bids, quotations and project proposals.

  • Maintain and update accurate sales records, customer databases and the CRM system.

  • Track and organize incoming leads, customer enquiries and follow-ups for reporting purposes.

  • Track sales performance against targets and flag irregularities or areas for improvement.

  • Maintain up-to-date records of the sales pipeline, orders and contract statuses.

  • Generate and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports, summaries and forecasts.

  • Manage proper filing and organization of both hard copy and digital sales documents.

  • Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems related to sales documentation.

2. Customer & Internal Communication

  • Liaise with clients to confirm orders, delivery arrangements and service appointments.

  • Support the sales team by coordinating with technical, logistics and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Follow up on pending quotations, payments and required documentation with clients.

  • Schedule appointments, prepare materials for meetings and coordinate follow-up actions.

3. Sales Development & Customer Engagement

  • Identify potential customers and develop tailored sales and marketing strategies to reach target markets.

  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations and persuasive pitches to prospective clients.

  • Handle incoming sales enquiries via phone, email and other communication channels.

  • Generate leads and follow up on enquiries; qualify prospects through outbound calls and email correspondence.

  • Prepare and send accurate quotations to clients promptly.

4. Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various platforms, including digital, social media and print.

  • Create and manage marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, email content and presentation materials.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business goals.

  • Assist with marketing campaigns, event coordination and promotional activities as needed.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales administration, sales support or a related role.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented, proactive and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.

  • Experience in the security systems, technology or engineering services industry.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Positive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.

  • Valid Class 3/3A driver’s license for site visits and travel.

WORK SCHEDULE
  • Location: Singapore (Near Paya Lebar MRT)

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM

  • Occasional overtime may be required.
