Job description

Our client is an IT Service Provider, who provides IT support, computing parts distribution, and computing equipment resell. Due to expansion, they are looking out for a Sales Executive to support them in their growing business.

Working hours: 8.30am - 6pm (Monday to Friday)

Salary range: $2,500 - $3,200

Job Description
  • Manage and develop the portfolio of existing customers - handle inquiries, prepare quotations, process CU purchase orders, keep track of orders status, invoicing, scheduling, and delivery.
  • Generate sales leads for targeted sales offerings in the portfolio.
  • Execute outbound sales calls campaigns and follow through on leads.
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with existing customers and vendors.
  • Address customer queries, concerns, and escalations.
  • Take ownership of team targets and KPIs; contribute to improving Customer Satisfaction.
  • Responsible for sales administration and internal process control to ensure smooth closure of sales transactions.
  • Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends.
  • Participate in Sales Forecast Management and Weekly Reporting.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar job nature and industry will be an advantage.
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 Applications preferred.
  • Must have good follow-up and coordination skills.
  • Proactive, independent, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Good working attitude and growth mindset.
  • Able to multi-task and manage a high volume workload.
  • Dynamic and passionate team member with good communication skills in building rapport with customers and various stakeholders.
  • Collaborate well with team members across different functions within the organization.
  • Able to commence work with short notice.
