Our client is an IT Service Provider, who provides IT support, computing parts distribution, and computing equipment resell. Due to expansion, they are looking out for a Sales Executive to support them in their growing business.
Working hours: 8.30am - 6pm (Monday to Friday)
Salary range: $2,500 - $3,200
Job Description
- Manage and develop the portfolio of existing customers - handle inquiries, prepare quotations, process CU purchase orders, keep track of orders status, invoicing, scheduling, and delivery.
- Generate sales leads for targeted sales offerings in the portfolio.
- Execute outbound sales calls campaigns and follow through on leads.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with existing customers and vendors.
- Address customer queries, concerns, and escalations.
- Take ownership of team targets and KPIs; contribute to improving Customer Satisfaction.
- Responsible for sales administration and internal process control to ensure smooth closure of sales transactions.
- Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends.
- Participate in Sales Forecast Management and Weekly Reporting.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar job nature and industry will be an advantage.
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 Applications preferred.
- Must have good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Proactive, independent, and able to meet deadlines.
- Good working attitude and growth mindset.
- Able to multi-task and manage a high volume workload.
- Dynamic and passionate team member with good communication skills in building rapport with customers and various stakeholders.
- Collaborate well with team members across different functions within the organization.
- Able to commence work with short notice.
