Position Summary:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling our community app subscription packages and integrated hardware solutions. This role requires engaging with MCSTs, property developers, managing agents, and condominium committees to deliver value-driven solutions that enhance community living experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell the company’s community app subscriptions and hardware integration packages.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with MCSTs, property developers, and managing agents.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and on-site walkthroughs for potential clients.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
- Collaborate with the technical team to understand and communicate solution architecture to clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for both software and hardware.
- Track sales pipeline, maintain CRM updates, and provide regular sales reports.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Pre-Requisites:
Education & Experience:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in SaaS, PropTech, Smart Home/Community Solutions, or IT hardware/software.
- Prior experience working with MCSTs, developers, and/or property management companies is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of mobile apps, SaaS solutions, and basic IT concepts.
- Experience with SIP intercoms, access control systems, or IoT device integration is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to simplify technical solutions for non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in proposal writing and preparing professional quotations.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Knowledge Areas:
- Understanding of condominium/community management systems.
- Basic knowledge of networking, access control, and cloud-based software is a plus.
- Awareness of local MCST and property management regulations in Singapore.

Employment Terms:
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (flexibility required for client meetings/demos)
- Location: Singapore (office-based with frequent site visits to condominiums)
- Probation Period: 3–6 months (based on performance)
