Job description

Are you looking for a 50% hybrid work arrangement that offers flexibility and a chance to grow your career? If you have 1-3 years of experience in sales and want to expand your skills in a dynamic international environment, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle sales/purchase orders, issue contracts, and manage risk using our in-house system to ensure accuracy.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing accounts and actively expand new sales/purchase accounts in local and international markets.
  • Work with suppliers and customers to manage logistics processes, including freight forwarding, insurance, and other contractual requirements.
  • Oversee market risk movements, customer credit monitoring, and overseas payment risk management.
  • Manage budget and accounting within the department, providing guidance to sales coordinators in their daily duties.

The Talent:

  • Prefer candidates with 1- 3 years of local, regional or international sales experience, especially in import/export sales.
  • Experience in relevant trading fields would be a plus.
  • Knowledge of international shipping processes and overseas payment risk management.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and cross-cultural communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to Travel: Occasional travel to regions like Southeast Asia
