This is a Permanent Full-Time position, to be based in Balestier, Singapore.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs.
Engage in moderate negotiations to close sales successfully.
Manage and prioritize sales activities within the assigned territory.
Conduct compelling product/service demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
Identify and qualify potential sales leads.
Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure continued growth.
Provide detailed sales reports and forecasts to management.
Analyze and anticipate customer requirements for tailored solutions.
Participate in and possibly lead training sessions for less experienced sales staff.
Collect and utilize market intelligence to improve sales approaches.
Organize and assist in events, including exhibitions, conferences, and other promotional activities.
Requirements:
Ability to acquire in-depth product knowledge through training and self-study.
Strong knowledge of sales processes and strategies.
Ability to build and sustain client relationships.
Enhanced skills in negotiating terms and closing deals.
Efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks.
Ability to analyze market trends and customer feedback.
Proficiency in using CRM and sales tracking software.
Ability to deliver convincing and informative product demonstrations.
Strong problem-solving skills to identify customer needs and provide ideal solutions.
