Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain meaningful, long-term relationships with researchers, scientists, and lab managers to ensure trust and loyalty.
Account Development: Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling relevant products and services.
Customer Experience: Serve as a trusted point of contact, helping resolve issues promptly and providing high-touch support.
CRM & Reporting: Maintain detailed client records in the CRM system and contribute regular sales insights and activity reports.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments (operations, purchasing, and technical support) to deliver tailored solutions.
Payment Follow-Up: Coordinate with clients and finance team to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
Requirements
At least 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the science, laboratory, or technology sectors.
A science or lab-related background is a strong advantage.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
High level of integrity, accountability, and resilience.
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining accurate customer records.
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to handle rejection with a positive attitude.
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
