Job summary

Qualifications

Job description

Job Descriptions:

  • Manage existing accounts and identify new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
  • Plan customer visits and meetings, as well as provide technical support to customers
  • Coordinate and participate in industry trade shows to expand market reach
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to penetrate new markets
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Maintain and update sales progress reports
  • Meet sales revenue, profitability, and growth targets set by management
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and manage credit control
  • Work closely with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
  • 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial automation, electrical engineering, or electronic manufacturing industries
  • Experience in selling raw or semi-finished products (industrial connectors, electrical components, terminal blocks, or automation solutions) is preferred (Fresh graduates with good initiative are welcome to apply)

  • Able to communicate well in English and Chinese to liaise with overseas counterparts
