- Create and update comprehensive project documentation to maintain accuracy and transparency.
- Analyze project performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Mitigate project risks by implementing proactive risk management strategies.
- Enhance value generation in deal negotiations and transactions.
- Design and optimize workflows and protocols for the new business division.
- Assist leadership in assessing and pursuing tenders, projects, and strategic partnerships.
- Cultivate and expand critical business relationships.
- Design and launch new products/services as directed by the Group.
- Oversee and grow promising business units and brands.
- Deliver consistent progress reports to senior management.
