Job summary

A leading company is seeking a Sales Executive to manage customer inquiries, coordinate deliveries, and provide exceptional service throughout the sales cycle. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum diploma, strong commitment, and a positive attitude, with the ability to lead a team. Experience in similar roles is preferred, but training will be provided. Working hours are from 8 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday, in Tuas.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma and above required.
• Relevant experience in sales preferred but not mandatory; training provided.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Handle sales inquiries and prepare documents like quotations and invoices.

Job Description

· Handle sales enquiry, prepare quotation, delivery order, invoice and sales related documents

· Coordinate delivery with logistic department and update delivery schedule to customers on timely basis

· Provide professional, timely and efficient customers’ service for full cycle of sales

· Serve as main contact point in handling customers’ queries, requests, orders and delivery schedule

· Liaise with manufacturing department to resolve customers’ complaints, quality issues and feedback

· Provide after-sales services relating to replacement, repair and feedback

· Follow up existing customers and explore new customers with the objective to close sales

· Visit customers on regular basis to ensure customers’ orders and requirements are fulfilled to their satisfaction, either locally or overseas

· Execute sales and marketing plan approved by management

· Lead and motivate team members

· Upgrade and update individual and team technical and soft skills

· Perform sales presentation and attend on/off site meetings

· Perform other functions & duties as delegated to you from time to time.

Requirements

· Min Diploma and above

. Applicants must be willing to work in Tuas

. Working hours from 8am – 530pm (Mon – Fri)

· Relevant experience in similar role preferred but not a must as training on job will be provided.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills

· Able to work independently under fast paced environment

· Able to work in a team and be customer oriented

· Strong work commitment with positive attitude
