A leading firm in Singapore is seeking a Sales Executive to drive business growth by building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. The role involves canvassing, cold-calling, and developing strategic sales plans to achieve targets. Candidates should possess a diploma in Business or related fields, with strong communication and organizational skills being essential. The company offers a competitive salary package with commission and allowances, and only Singaporeans may apply due to quota restrictions.
Responsibilities:
• Motivated individuals to actively develop new client relationships.
• Build business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with new & existing clients.
• Carry out canvassing, cold-calling to source for leads, sales opportunities and sales visits.
• Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve targets, stay informed about market trends.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly/ quarterly sales targets and KPI.
• Adhoc duties related to sales operations assigned by Management.
Requirements:
• Min. Diploma in Business, Sales & Marketing or related field.
• Preferably with 2 years of sales experience but passion is the most important factor.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Confident & well organized; able to handle multiple tasks independently.
• Good communication & negotiation skills, both written & verbal.
• With own Transport will be an added advantage.
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Commission + Transport Allowance + Mobile Allowance
