Job summary

A growing HR and events management company in Singapore seeks a Sales Executive to manage product sales and customer relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a diploma or degree, have at least three years of relevant experience, and demonstrate strong organizational skills. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, negotiating sales, preparing sales proposals, and ensuring efficient customer service. This role offers the opportunity to work independently while also being a supportive team player.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess at least a Diploma/ Degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive and able to work with little direct supervision.
  • Ability to work independently as well as a good team player.
  • Team player with good communication skills, documentation and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for products sales, sales activities, negotiation and closing.
  • Handle customer sales enquiries/ complaints, customer fronting.
  • Work with Equipment Sales Account/ FSO Technical/ Direct Dealing with customers for closing the issue or sales matters.
  • Handle customer enquiry, RFQ, make sales proposal and quotation activities.
  • Liaise with stakeholders for urgent delivery issue and any commercial sales/spec/ price issue.
  • Responsible for labor order and process.
  • Bi-weekly/ Monthly reporting for sales of spare parts, service, modification, sales forecast update/planning.
