Job summary

A local sales firm in Singapore seeks a proactive Sales Executive to prepare quotations and manage client relationships. The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Responsibilities include liaising with clients and vendors, achieving sales targets, and preparing sales reports. A diploma or degree in relevant fields and proficiency in English and Mandarin are preferred. Transport allowances are available for sales employees with vehicles.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare sales quotations and proposals based on clients' requirements and follow-up with clients regularly.
  • Prepare all other sales related documentations, and carrying out sales related duties and administrative procedures.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors and suppliers to ensure projects run smoothly.
  • Establish new business links, prospecting leads and contacting them to pitch Company's products and services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients, while gathering feedback from clients or prospects to share with internal team.
  • Prepare presentations on products and services, and pitching to prospects.
  • Research and analyse sale options, recommend prospects for new business opportunities.
  • Achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Collect and analyse information, prepare data and sales reports.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Self-motivated individual who is proactive in hunting new sales opportunities.
  • Results-oriented with a customer service mindset, along with excellent client relationship-building skills
  • Responsible individual with a positive work attitude that has good communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Detailed and strong negotiation skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Individuals with strong analytical and problem solving skills that are able to work under pressure independently and as a team.
  • Proficient in English & Mandarin.
  • Diploma / Degree in Construction or Mechanical Engineering, or Sales / Marketing or its equivalent will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 1 years'experience in Sales preferred. Those with no experience will also be considered.
  • Candidates with Class 3 Driving License and has their own vehicles preferred, but candidates without will be considered.

Additional Remunerations:

  • Transport allowances will be granted to sales employees who has their own vehicles.
