An educational services company based in Singapore is looking for an independent and energetic Sales Specialist to help grow the business. This role involves acquiring new customers, maintaining strong relationships with current clients, and developing marketing materials. Ideal candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills, a degree or diploma, and experience in sales. Proficiency in Google Suite is required.
The Sales Specialist is an independent, energetic and collaborative individual who has a high willingness to learn and grow. You will be actively involved in growing the business, developing new customers and maintaining existing customers. You will work with the team to develop and implement solutions for customers to attain the company's corporate and growth goals.
Duties & Responsibilities:
a) Acquire new customers to grow the business.
b) Maintain excellent customer service with existing customers.
c) Responsible for developing marketing and sales presentation materials. Knowledge of new media will be advantageous.
d) Manage incidents, feedback, complaints, and requests from customers
Requirements:
1) Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
2) Team player with ability to work independently
3) Good organization skills and able to work with numbers
4) Has a high willingness to learn
5) Pro-active to solve problems
6) Work and contribute in a team environment
7) Preferred with at least 2 year of experiences in similar work capacity
8) Must be competent in Google Suite
9) Minimum Diploma and/or Degree in any discipline
