The Role

We're seeking a personable and driven Showroom Sales Executive passionate about interiors and client experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist showroom visitors with personalized product guidance
  • Understand client needs to recommend suitable cabinetry/wardrobe solutions
  • Follow up on leads and maintain client engagement (WhatsApp, Website, email, calls)
  • Coordinate with marketing, design & project teams for smooth order handling
  • Support in quoting, admin, and showroom upkeep

Requirements

  • Experience in interior/furniture sales or retail preferred
  • Strong communication in English & Mandarin
  • Customer-focused, organized, and responsive
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Able to work weekends and public holidays (5-day week)
