Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and building strong, lasting relationships with clients in the HR domain. If you are passionate about HR technology, possess a deep understanding of HR challenges faced by businesses, and have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a B2B SaaS or technology environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Proactively identify, prospect, and qualify new sales opportunities within the HR Tech market through various channels (e.g., cold calling, email campaigns, networking, industry events).
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough discovery calls and needs assessments to understand client pain points, current HR processes, and strategic objectives.
  • Solution Presentation: Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the specific needs of prospective clients, showcasing how our HR tech solutions can address their challenges and deliver tangible ROI.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecast sales, and consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations, overcome objections, and successfully close deals in a timely manner.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including HR Leaders, C-suite executives, and IT stakeholders.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about HR industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position our solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience and provide valuable market feedback for product enhancements.
  • CRM Proficiency: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales performance reports and forecasts to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' B2B sales experience, preferably within the HR Technology, SaaS, or enterprise software industry.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, challenges, and the value proposition of HR technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a consultative sales approach.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
