Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing a high-performing sales team, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure brand consistency and increase sales.

• Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.

• Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.

• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.

• Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Industry experience in interior design, ID material or construction industry

• Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism.

• Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Experienced in selling interior design materials.

• Sales incentive will be offered, salary advertised is basic salary.
