As a Sales Executive at Avanta Global, will drive revenue growth while contributing to our delivery excellence. Your role spans three interconnected areas:
Business Development & Sales
Identify and cultivate potential clients through strategic lead generation, targeted outreach, and industry networking.
Articulate the competitive advantages of our solutions with persuasive presentations tailored to client needs.
Develop and manage a robust pipeline of potential projects while consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Negotiate win-win contracts that align with company objectives while ensuring client satisfaction.
Represent Avanta Global at industry events to enhance brand visibility and generate quality leads.
Client & Account Management
Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers within client organizations.
Oversee a portfolio of existing accounts, identifying opportunities for service expansion and upselling.
Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to ensure seamless client experiences throughout the relationship lifecycle.
Generate regular performance reports to track progress and identify growth opportunities.
Process Support
Work closely with our internal specialists to ensure successful project delivery that meets client expectations.
Stay informed about emerging industry trends and competitive offerings to maintain our market advantage.
Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
Diploma/bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 3+ years of demonstrated success in B2B sales.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment
Exceptional communication abilities with persuasive presentation and pitch development skills.
Advanced relationship-building capabilities with a talent for establishing trust with stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic negotiation techniques and the ability to close complex deals effectively.
Self-motivated with strong time management and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
