Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of audio-visual (AV) and LED display solutions to clients across various sectors including commercial, retail, education, and government.
This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and an interest in AV technology and system solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, referrals, tender.
- Engage potential clients to understand their AV requirements and present suitable solutions
- Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and basic presentations with support from the technical team
- Follow up with leads, close sales, and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Assist in coordinating project handover between clients and the project team
- Maintain a database of leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM tools
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings
- Participate in marketing events, trade shows, and client meetings when required
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of sales experience (AV/LED industry preferred but not mandatory; training provided)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented
- Basic understanding of AV/LED products is an advantage
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Possession of a valid driver’s license is a plus
