Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with traditional trade customers, including restaurants, local markets, and small businesses.
2. Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding our product reach in the traditional trade segment.
3. Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales strategies, promotions, and campaigns.
5. Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the management team.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the food industry, with a focus on traditional trade channels.
2. Familiarity with the Singapore food market and a strong network within the traditional trade sector.
3. Must be willing and able to drive around/ have driving license.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships.
5. Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
6. Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
7. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
