Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets set by the company or department;
- Cover Southeast Asian markets, collect, analyze, and monitor market trends beyond the company’s existing products, with a focus on Singapore as the central hub, identifying potential trade opportunities.
- Generate sales leads, identify potential customers, and expand the client base across Southeast Asia, while tracking their requirements, ensuring timely and regular progress reporting.
- Maintain and strengthen customer relationships while managing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction;
- Ensure timely collection of sales payments in accordance with project progress;
- Coordinate contracts, specifications, and technical solutions with clients, ensuring alignment with the company’s product offerings and customer needs;
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a controlled and structured progress.
- Provide weekly progress reports and manage tasks for new assignments, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Undertakes and Carry out other additional duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by the company or supervisor, in alignment with business needs and the scope of work.
Qualifications
- Diploma or higher education in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Energy, Marketing, or related fields;
- Proven experience in mechanical equipment sales, preferably in thermal energy systems, industrial heating, or energy efficiency solutions; experience in Southeast Asian markets is a strong advantage;
- Strong understanding of thermal energy technologies, mechanical systems, and industrial applications is an advantage;
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (speaking, reading, and writing) to effectively liaise with China HQ and regional customers;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment;
- Willingness to travel frequently within Southeast Asia to meet clients and explore new business opportunities.
Requirements
- 3 years Experience in B2B Regional Sales or Business Development, online platform sales would be a plus
- Degree Holder
- Able to speak, read and write Chinese
