    Roles & Responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities:

    Administration

    • Coordinate with the operations team regarding stock orders and delivery timelines
    • Perform any additional administrative tasks assigned by the Sales General Manager

    Sales Strategy and Business Development

    • Utilize in-depth product knowledge to recommend solutions tailored to clients' needs
    • Present and demonstrate products and services to prospective clients
    • Provide professional advice, support, and address client queries to ensure satisfaction
    • Analyze data to give product feedback to R&D
    • Propose bi-weekly promotions to the GM
    • Make cold calls and reach out to prospects
    • Manage and service existing clients
    • Submit monthly sales reports and update during team meetings
    • Oversee product offerings on the e-commerce platform

    General Administration

    • Plan resources and establish efficient administrative processes to boost productivity
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain sales and client communication records

    Requirements:

    • Minimum diploma in business administration, management, or related field; a bachelor’s degree is preferred
    • Strong leadership, time, task, and resource management skills
    • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
    • Willingness to coordinate with the operations team for delivery schedules
    • Interest in sports and knowledge of the local sporting scene
    • Familiarity with B2B sales is a plus
    • Open-minded attitude
