This is a dynamic hunter and farmer role where you will be instrumental in expanding our reach, acquiring new students, and forging strategic partnerships across diverse sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Student Acquisition (B2C - Hunter & Farmer):*
Hunter: Proactively identify and engage prospective students and their families interested in international school enrollment, tuition services, adult English classes, or AEIS test preparation. This includes cold outreach, attending education fairs, and networking.
Farmer: Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns, referrals, and previous inquiries, nurturing relationships to convert interest into enrollment.
Conduct compelling presentations, personalized consultations, and school tours (where applicable) to showcase the value of our educational programs.
Guide prospective students and their families through the entire admissions/enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for student enrollments.
2. Partnership Development (B2B - Hunter & Farmer):
Hunter:
Identify, prospect, and establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders such as immigration consultancies, employment agencies, corporate HR departments, and other businesses that cater to our target demographic.
Farmer: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing partners to ensure ongoing collaboration, referral generation, and mutual growth.
Develop compelling proposals and present the benefits of partnering with our institution to potential B2B clients.
Negotiate and close partnership agreements that drive student referrals and enhance our market presence.
Represent the organization at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to expand our professional network.
3. Sales Operations & Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system.
Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market feedback to the management team.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, academic, and administrative teams to ensure seamless customer experience and service delivery.
