Motorway SsangYong Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team and help us drive sales of our Korean & Chinese vehicles.
Responsibilities:
- Cold calling of potential fleet owners & business users.
- Actively engage with potential customers to identify their needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Provide professional service to all customers throughout the buying process.
- Keep abreast of motor industry trends, competitors’ offerings & promotions.
- Demonstrate integrity, sincerity, and courtesy when dealing with customers.
- Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact, conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase vehicle features and benefits, to vehicle delivery, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Actively respond to customer inquiries & professionally resolve customer feedback.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Strive to exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain showroom operational standards according to company & brand standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in automotive retail sales, with commercial vehicle sales experience preferred.
- Candidates with strong sales record in non-automotive industries can be considered.
- Strong drive for success with strong interpersonal & communication skills.
- Can work independently & as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service skills oriented towards positive buying & ownership experience.
- Valid Class 3 or 3A license with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience.
- Ability to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Showroom duty at Lower Delta Road, with outdoor canvassing required.
