Job summary

A retail jewellery store in Singapore is seeking a motivated individual to promote jewellery products and provide exceptional customer service both in-store and online. You will be responsible for managing customer queries, ensuring service standards, and achieving sales targets. Ideal candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and have a positive, energetic attitude towards exceeding targets. Experience in retail or jewellery is advantageous, but a self-motivated learning attitude is essential.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prospect and promote jewellery products and services to walk-in as well as our online platforms’ customers
• Attend to customers’ queries in-store and online stores
• Ensure service delivery standards are met in achieving total customer satisfaction
• Be self‑motivated and driven to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Ensure merchandise and displays are consistently well presented
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Inventory management - support merchandise transfer, stock take, inventory counts
• Work in a team to develop marketing strategies to bring more revenue to the store and the digital sales
• Conceptualize and set the best campaign merchandise plan for online campaigns
• Work together with operations to ensure smooth fulfilment process
• Actively manage online shop enquiries and maintain the highest customer satisfaction

Job Requirements:

• Service‑oriented with strong interpersonal skills
• Candidate with retail or jewellery experience is an added advantage
• Dynamic, energetic, positive and driven to exceed targets
• Strong focus on self‑improvement and performance
• Commercial awareness and sales drive – to sell more products through our multiple online platforms
• Preferably previous e‑commerce experience, although not required. A strong learning attitude and a self‑motivated drive to excel is important
• General interest in working in different platforms, and a good knowledge of excel
• Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays
• Able to start work within short notice will be an advantage
