RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive sales of vehicles by conducting focused customer presentations and effective to test-drive experiences to highlight the product features, functions, and benefits of all vehicles.
• Provide professional and high-quality customer service in accordance with Vince Group SG standards to improve customer satisfaction and promote brand loyalty.
• To follow up on all leads provided diligently and effectively to maximize conversion to showroom walk-in and test drive.
• To be a Vince Group SG brand ambassador for our products which also includes being involved in the production of media content for communication purposes.
• To attend all needed training sessions internally/externally and actively participate in training to ensure maximum learning.

REQUIREMENTS

• Have a passion for cars and the automotive industry.
• To be a highly self-motivated individual with the ability to find solutions effectively.
• Right attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Possesses selling and negotiation techniques.
• High customer and service orientation.
• Able to work rostered shifts including weekends.
