Customer Service:

• Attend to customers’ needs
• Seek and collate feedback on products and services
• Answer customer queries
• Maintain customer records
• Take down orders and arrange delivery of goods
• Note special requests from customers
• Regularly keep in touch with customers

Lead Generation:

• Find new customer base
• Introduce and sell products to new customers

Sales Generation:

• Collect payments and hand over to the accounts department
• Attend food fairs to promote products

Experience:
