Position Summary
To attend to assigned accounts and sales inquiries, pursue and follow up on all inquiries to translate them into sales.
To actively develop sales opportunities for the company's products and achieve the sales targets set by the company.
Perform essential networking with market affiliates to gather market information on customers, vendors, and competitors.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage assigned key accounts, attending to daily MRO sales, project bids, and ongoing projects on commercial and technical matters.
- Work closely with managers/supervisors to meet the company's objectives and targets.
- Initiate, promote, and develop sales opportunities for the assigned products to achieve growth in business volume.
- Identify and establish new customers and business opportunities for successful market penetration and development.
- Coordinate between all stakeholders (factory, finance/logistics, agents/customers) to ensure smooth execution and delivery of projects.
- Prepare and support documentation for pre- and post-project requirements.
- Conduct regular visits to customers to maintain good rapport, solicit feedback, and gather market information.
- Process customer orders through the Sales Executive (Indoor).
- Monitor customer payment schedules and collect payments when necessary.
- Gather market and sales information on competitors, including pricing and promotions, and report to management.
- Undertake any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant EHS legal and other requirements related to the job.
- Participate in EHS programs and follow related procedures and work instructions.
Qualification & Experience
- Diploma in a related field, preferably in Sales & Marketing.
- Knowledge of basic electrical engineering subjects is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Good team player with the ability to work independently.
